Innovating helps Anecoop to move ‘freshly forward’, in line with Rijk Zwaan’s theme at Fruit Logistica. Watermelons have been gaining popularity during the last years. Whether it is the overall improved fruit quality or e.g. the focus on smaller fruit sizes that match well with the current demographic changes or any other reason … higher consumption figures are a fact.
