Storage advice for seeds

Guidelines for storing seeds in unopened Rijk Zwaan packaging, from transport and
storage to the moment of sowing.

Store the unopened packaging in a dry place and at a constant temperature of 15 degrees Celsius and 30% relative humidity, preferably in the original cardboard box.
Storage at temperatures outside of the range of 5 to 20 degrees Celsius and/or at a relative humidity of more than 40% will negatively impact the seed quality. Therefore, it is important to protect the unopened packaging from exposure to direct sunlight, rain, high temperatures and/or high humidity.
Do not open the packaging until just before you are ready to sow. The seeds have a limited shelf life once the packaging has been opened.

Check the packaging for any exceptions to the above guidelines.
